The Three Little Pigs by Theatre A PARTE in London, 13 October 2013

The premier of The Three Little Pigs by Theatre A PARTE in London is less than a month away!

Witty, educative and very funny! This family-friendly musical is based on the old English fable featuring the Three Little Pigs, who build three houses of their own - of straw, sticks and bricks, and their fascinating fight against the hungry and treacherous Big Bad Wolf.

Dramatic plot development, music, singing and dancing in a bright stage designer setting will captivate the audience of any age!

London Symphony Orchestra/Gianandrea Noseda with pianist Nikolai Lugansky 29 September 2013

Nikolai Lugansky was recently described as being in the 'super-pianist league' and there will be plenty of opportunities to hear his brilliant musicianship in the UK over the coming months.

His solo recitals reflect his eclectic tastes, combining Janáček's infinitely subtle In the mists and Schubert's second set of Impromptus with a glorious bouquet of Romantic masterpieces. At the Wigmore Hall (5 May) these include Rachmaninov's mighty Second Sonata – a work synonymous with this artist, one of the few on the concert platform today capable of conveying both its coruscating brilliance and its darkly Russian soul.
