Raffles 50th Anniversary Bash

Last Thursday saw London’s Glitterati descend on Berkeley Square to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of legendary member’s club, Raffles. Set against the glamorous backdrop of Mayfair, the event took place in the tent used for the Lapada fair and saw just under 2000 movers and shakers on the social scene in attendance.

Never known to hold back when it comes to throwing a big party, Raffles pulled out all the stops and guests were treated to free-flowing Moet champagne and a headlining set from renowned Ibiza DJ Guy Gerber.

Other acts on the evening included a set by Housekeeping, jewel and feather-clad girls dancing in martini glasses and an acrobatic performance. Sponsors Vertu and Bugatti were amongst those that also exhibited the latest launches to the well-heeled crowd.

Later in the evening, the antics continued into the early hours at the after party which resided back to the King’s Road haunt of Raffles….

Woman Crush Wednesday Club

A new concept to empower women has taken Wednesday nights by storm. The Woman's Crush Wednesday Club sees a celebration of women working in industries such as fashion and media over dinner in some of London's top restaurants.

Founded by Jessica Patterson of JPR Media, the club has already hosted the likes of Dior, Fendi and Ralph Lauren. Jessica's PR Agency uses the catchphrase 'PR that packs a punch' and this is apparent through the innovative groups of women invited to the club on a weekly basis.

The networking dinners are set to continue and over the past three months have been hosted at venues such as Rififi and The World's End Market.

Tonino Lamborghini Vodka and Energy Drinks

For a while now I have been long searching for a unique and stylish alternative to the current spirits and drinks on the market and it seems, at last, my prayers have been answered. All hail Tonino Lamborghini Vodka, the latest premium vodka to take the market by storm.

Already stocked in RussianMind favourites such as No 41 Mayfair and Funky Buddha, this vodka oozes class and as with the cars, it's styling combined with the heritage of Lamborghini is what sets it apart from the competition.

The production process of the vodka is in itself fascinating, triple distilled using only the finest cereals from Eastern European farms gives a crisp clean taste and a generally refined texture. Perhaps the main appeal however, is the bottle the vodka comes presented in, a tall glass bottle, bearing the famed Raging Bull emblem, it's sure to impress on any occasion.

Sipping Cocktails at Salvatore's

Since it's reopening, the legendary Playboy Club has established itself as one London's most stylish nightspots and Five O' Clocktails is the perfect excuse to visit. Salvatore's is now proud to be opening it's doors to the public following it's relaxed door policy and now accessed by it's own entrance, the bar has become an attraction it's own right.

Resembling the feel of an old gentleman's club, Salvatore's surprisingly attracts both men and women who typically visit for pre party drinks or post work catch ups. What's more, Salvatore's new happy hour, Five O Clocktails means that Monday through to Thursday between 5-7pm, cocktails are two for one.

At last, a way of justifying one of those addictive Breakfast Martinis served by one of the bunny clad Playgirls – what more could you want?

Bomberg Watches

Bomberg is a relatively new company on the Swiss watchmaking industry, however, they have already created a huge impact. Having launched in 2012, the brand is now set to launch in the UK and 2015 will see the brand emerge as a new dimension in what has always been considered a fairly classic industry.

The brand itself is centred around provocative and edgy marketing and the watches themselves are equally as bold and aggressive marking a new era in the luxury watch market. Bomberg launched in 2013 at Basel and now boasts stockists in over 20 countries and being sported by a whole host of celebrities and athletes alike.

Competitively priced, the watches range from £450 with the more expensive models costing up to £2850. Famed designer Jean Pierre Braganza has also announced a collaboration with Bomberg and his watches are set to be shown on the runway over London Fashion Week (do keep an eye out for our coverage of the show!).
