QP LDN's Eden Brunch

It seems only yesterday that QP LDN were celebrating their relaunch with a host of celebrity guests, vintage Aston Martin’s, champagne and paparazzi. But that really was just the start.

Drawing inspiration from the infamous brunch parties of the modern art scene in New York and Miami, QP LDN recently announced their ‘Eden Brunch’ event; a fantastic blend of Perrier Jouet champagne, live musicians, DJ and fashion designs from iconic design houses such as Stella McCartney and Dolce & Gabbana, with of course, the collections being fashioned by beautiful models.

Even with all that glitz and glamour, the star of the show must be the Amalfi Coast inspired feast, including a charcuterie and cheese board, fresh salad with buffalo mozzarella, roasted Wellington beef fillet and the signature oven-baked gnocchi – two Michelin-starred chef-owner Antonio Mellino is world renowned for his gnocchi and pasta dishes, together with his two sons, Raffaele and Fabrizio, they have brought that Southern Italian flair to the heart of Mayfair.

The ethos is simple: To offer fresh, high-quality ingredients and inventive Italian cooking beautifully presented in a relaxed and vibrant setting. From what we’ve seen, they’ve done that and more; the ingredients are flown in from Italy daily and the restaurant features an illuminated marble-like bar and staircase, French silk wallpaper and modern sculptural artwork – it’s the perfect venue for the designers to show off their collections.

Regardless of the brunch tag, there are two seatings between 12pm and 8pm, four hours each, allowing enough time to savour the experience and the food. And it is an experience.
